Composed Waldorf Salad

This fruit and nut salad is not only healthy but above all delicious! If you have guests coming over, this salad will be the star of the occasion.

  • green apple, peeld and thinly sliced
  • celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • seedless purple grapes, halved
  • toasted walnuts, chopped
  • pomegranate seeds
  • lemon for juice dressing
  • red leaf lettuce
  • sour cream


  • Combine all fruits and veggies in a large plate or bowl.
  • Squeeze in some lemon juice and add some sour cream. Add the walnuts and mix the ingredients altogether.
  • Top off with more walnuts and some pomegranate seeds.
