This mango curry salad is bursting with flavor and freshness, great as a side dish or an appetizer.

- 1 Daikon raddish, thinly julienned
- 1 Zucchini, thinly julienned
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 Ginger, peeled and minced
- 1 Mango, peeled and pitted
- Mint leaves
- Raw pumpkin seeds, chopped
- Garlice, chopped
- Curry powder
- Black sesame
- Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
- Top it off with a squeeze of lime juice and some black sesame.
