Pork Ribs
This finger-licking good barbecue pork ribs is fall-off-the-bone tender and packed with rich flavors. This will leave you wanting for more!

Spice Mix
- 1.5 tsp dried thyme
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- 2.5 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 1.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1.5 tsp dried thyme
Ribs
- 2 racks ribs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, ground
- garlic
- rosemary
- barbecue sauce for brushing
Combine all spices in a small bowl. Place the pork ribs in a baking pan. Rub both sides of the pork ribs with the spice mix. Drizzle some salt and pepper onto the ribs. Add some garlic and rosemary to the baking pan together with the pork ribs. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 220°C.
Place the pork ribs inside the oven and bake for 1.5 hours.
Remove the pork ribs from the oven and brush generously with barbecue sauce. Bake again at 220°C for 40 minutes.
Cut ribs into several portions and serve with barbecue sauce on the side.
